Yes. No previous yoga or fitness experience is required. Your practices will be adapted to your present ability, comfort, and movement needs.
Yes. You may join to maintain mobility, fitness, body awareness, and overall wellbeing. Your practices will be planned according to your present abilities and personal goals.
Begin by completing the Sandhi Prāṇa Assessment Form. Based on your responses and initial consultation, we will help identify whether Active Longevity or Corporate Vitality is better suited to your needs.
The Assessment Form helps us understand your present concerns, movement needs, lifestyle, and goals before the initial consultation.
This allows us to have a more focused conversation and determine whether a Sandhi Prāṇa pathway may be suitable for you. It is a preliminary wellbeing assessment and not a medical diagnosis.
No. Submitting the form begins the suitability review.
Enrolment is confirmed only after the initial consultation, programme acceptance, selection of fixed session timings, and receipt of payment.
Sandhi Prāṇa is a structured 12-week programme. Your practices progress gradually according to your needs, comfort, consistency, and response.
There is no fixed upper age limit. Suitability is determined by your present mobility, health considerations, and ability to participate safely in an online session.
Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under 18.
Sessions are conducted live and one-to-one via Zoom. You receive real-time guidance, personalised movement adaptations, and careful corrections based on how your body responds throughout the session.
The programme includes three live one-to-one sessions each week:
The interactive period is used to review your progress, discuss your experience, address difficulties, and adapt your upcoming practice when required.
If you have joined primarily to maintain general fitness and wellbeing, you may use this time, at your discretion, for questions, clarification, or further guidance related to your practice.
Yes. Fixed weekly session slots are agreed upon at the time of enrolment to support consistency and regular practice.
Any request to change the agreed timing will be subject to the trainer’s availability.
Sessions may be conducted in English, Hindi, or a comfortable combination of both.
No. Anāmaya Sūtram believes in live, closely monitored sessions rather than recorded classes.
Live observation allows the trainer to monitor your movement, alignment, comfort, and response in real time. A generic recording cannot provide the same level of personalised attention and correction.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Keep a stable chair, yoga mat, water, and any recommended support nearby.
Position your camera so the trainer can clearly observe your posture and movements.
Yes. A family member or caregiver may be present when additional assistance is required, particularly for an older participant or someone with mobility or balance concerns.
Please discuss this requirement during the initial consultation.
You may reschedule up to two sessions during the 12-week programme, provided advance notice is given.
Further missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows will be treated as completed sessions and cannot be carried forward. Genuine emergencies may be considered individually.
If Anāmaya Sūtram cancels a session, it will be rescheduled and will not count towards your two permitted reschedules.
Sandhi Prāṇa is designed as a 12-week programme. Up to two eligible missed sessions may be completed within an additional 15-day completion period.
Any unused sessions remaining after this period will lapse and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
Yes. You may request one programme pause of up to 14 calendar days due to illness, unavoidable travel, or a genuine emergency. Advance notice should be provided wherever possible.
After you restart, the same session timing will be retained where possible; however, its availability cannot be guaranteed.
Longer interruptions arising from exceptional medical or family circumstances may be considered individually. Unused sessions cannot be transferred or extended indefinitely.
If a session is significantly interrupted by a genuine technical or internet-connectivity problem, the circumstances will be considered individually.
Where appropriate, the remaining session time may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Genuine technical interruptions will not automatically be counted among your two permitted rescheduled sessions.
Your sessions are conducted by an AYUSH-certified Yoga Wellness Trainer—Levels 1 and 2, a certified breathwork facilitator, and a practitioner trained in Mudras for Yoga Therapy.
Her approach brings together adapted yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, mudras, and careful observation to support each participant’s individual needs.
Yes. The same trainer will guide your initial consultation, live one-to-one Zoom sessions, practice planning, and progress reviews.
This continuity allows your practices to be adapted with a clear understanding of your individual journey.
No. Your practices are selected and progressively adapted according to your present movement capacity, concerns, lifestyle, goals, and response to previous sessions.
Most practices require only a stable chair, a yoga mat, and a quiet space where you can move comfortably.
Any additional support or equipment will be discussed during your consultation.
Suitability depends on the nature and severity of your concern. The initial assessment helps us understand your needs before recommending an appropriate starting point.
Medical clearance may be requested when necessary.
Medical clearance may be requested if you have a diagnosed medical condition, recent injury or surgery, significant pain, balance concerns, or are currently undergoing medical treatment.
No. Sandhi Prāṇa is an educational wellbeing programme combining adapted movement, breathwork, mudras, relaxation, and body awareness.
It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care, physiotherapy, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
No specific result can be guaranteed. Progress varies according to your health, consistency, participation, lifestyle, and other individual factors.
The programme provides personalised guidance and progressive support without promising a cure or medical outcome.
Yes. Information shared through the Assessment Form and private consultations is treated confidentially and used only to evaluate suitability, personalise your sessions, and support programme delivery.
Once your consultation is complete and the programme is confirmed as suitable for you, payment details will be shared directly.
Payment can be made through the available UPI or bank-transfer options. Your enrolment will be confirmed after the payment has been received.
Any available instalment option may be discussed before enrolment.
Once agreed, the payment schedule must be followed within the specified timelines to ensure uninterrupted participation in the programme.
A refund request may be submitted within two calendar days of payment, provided the programme has not started.
After two calendar days—or once the first session has been conducted—the programme fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Duplicate or incorrect payments will be reviewed separately.
Towards the end of the programme, your progress, present needs, and future goals will be reviewed.
Where continued guidance may be beneficial, suitable continuation options will be discussed individually. Any continuation will be optional, separately charged, and subject to suitability and availability.
Anāmaya Sūtram grew from the founder’s personal experience of navigating hormonal imbalance, obstructive sleep apnoea, acidity and IBS, a lung infection, excess weight, and increasing joint-related difficulties.
These challenges affected her sleep, energy, mobility, and everyday life. Her search for a more informed and sustainable approach to wellbeing led her towards breathwork, adapted movement, yoga wellness, and mudras—eventually transforming a personal journey into a purpose to support others.
